It’s time for round two of the USAR Hooters Pro Cup Championship and Jeff Fultz and the JCR3 racing team are excited to get back on the track and headed up to Jennerstown Speedway (PA) for this weekend’s event.
“I am really excited to get back racing,” said Fultz. “We have Gary Crooks with us again and he is really cool to work with. We have gotten a lot better the last few weeks that we have been racing.”
The former NASCAR Southeast Series Champion has raced at tracks all across the country, and Jennerstown is one of the top ones on his list of track experiences, even if it has been awhile.
“I haven’t been to Jennerstown in years but it’s the kind of track that I like to run on,” added Fultz. “It’s flat, and I usually run pretty well on the flat tracks so we should be pretty good. Everybody is pretty excited. We didn’t have the finish that we wanted at Iowa but we ran strong and it gave everyone the boost that we needed. We had a good car, we just didn’t get the results because of the tire issues, but everybody is really excited to go to Jennerstown.”
The Miller Lite 250 USAR Hooters Pro Cup event will get underway this Saturday, September 30th at 7:00pm at Jennerstown Speedway.
The USAR Hooters Pro Cup Championship Series race at Jennerstown Speedway can be seen on SPEED Channel on Wednesday, October 4th, at 4:00 pm and on Friday, October 6th at Noon.
